Well, ain’t that the million-dollar question - what’s considered “normal” height? It’s a tricky one, for sure. Everyone’s different and there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Generally speaking though, the average height for an adult male is 5'9" and for an adult female it’s 5'4". Of course, there are plenty of people who fall outside of this range - some taller, some shorter - and that’s totally normal too! So don’t sweat it if you’re not exactly average; just be yourself!
